Showing Guidelines

• A Valid US Drivers License, State Issued ID Card, or Passport is required
• Eviction History and prior Landlord Debt are Not Accepted
• Section 8 is Not Accepted unless outlined in property description
• You must show Taxable Income
• Felonies are Not Accepted
• All rentals are Non-Smoking
• Rentals are rented on a first come basis
